The equipment that you have purchased from Hyper-Fi is backed by our very high standard of service. Should any fault occur within the guaranteed period, unless caused by accident, neglect or mishandling, return it to us and we will service it free of charge including parts and labour. If posting items back to us please ensure the equipment is carefully packaged, as we cannot accept responsibility for any damage occurred in transit. We advise that you retain the original packing for this purpose, a handling charge may be incurred if original packing is not complete.
Mail Order Cancellations & Returns
You have 14 working days from the day after delivery during which you may notify us in writing, by email (email@example.com) of your intention to cancel the sale contract and return the goods. Returned goods not complying with this will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. Please note email notification is preferred. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return of the goods and that the goods must be in a merchantable condition. The cost of any items missing will be charged to you directly.
1. Goods must be returned to our Customer Service Department within 14 days from authorisation. After the 14 days, we will not accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items.
2. Goods must be re-packaged as received. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must be re-packaged with reasonable care in order to prevent any damage in transit back to us. All components and accessories must be returned.
3. Any ‘Free’ goods supplied with the products must also be returned.
4. All refunds will not include original postage charges.
Hyperfi.co.uk takes your privacy rights as a customer seriously. This policy outlines the data we collect from our visitors and how we use it. Any personal information provided to Hyperfi.co.uk is used solely by Hyperfi Hi Fi Superstore. In order to monitor the performance of our site we collect the following information: An IP address to monitor site traffic and volume A session ID to uniquely identify you on our site In order to fulfill any orders placed with Hyperfi.co.uk we collect the following details : Email address & telephone number to contact you with regard the order, Name of Customer, Credit card and delivery address for security fraud checks. In order to provide a valuable service to our Members we collect the following details : Name, Address, Email Address, Buying Preferences to aid navigation and inform them of offers if they so request.
When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
